My name is Ioana, I am an experienced hairdresser working as a qualified hair designer with more than 26 years of experience.

Most of my experience was built in Romania, where I ran a salon for 8 years before we moved to England. I excelled at many courses and specialisations during that time as our industry is moving fast, year after year, reinventing hair shape, colour techniques, chemical treatments, and hair care!

In 2016, I got employed in a super busy salon in the heart of Bury, where I enjoyed learning about English hairdressing styles and culture. Halfway through 2022, I decided to start working as self-employed in a salon based in my hometown Bolton, Kara Nicole Beauty Lounge.

I love to experiment with new hair techniques and complete hair transformations, new haircuts and colours, all to enhance the client's natural features.

Contouring with your natural face shape and skin tone, I have the flair to make sure your cut and colour will be the very best to suit your skin complexity and lifestyle.
